Q: When is the ordering deadline?
A: You must order lunch by 10:00 am on Sunday for the following week.
Q: Can I cancel or change my child's lunch order?
A: YES!! It must be canceled or changed by 10:00 am on Sunday to effect the following week’s orders.
Q: I forgot to order can you extend the deadline for me??
A: Unfortunately no, the deadline can not be extended as the vendors pull their orders on Sundays.
Q: We are going on vacation next month and I already ordered lunch, can I cancel it?
A: Yes, you can log into Boonli and cancel your orders.
Q. My child just told me they don't like the lunch I ordered for them. Can I have a refund or change it?
A. If it is after the 10am Sunday deadline unfortunately no. If it is before, then yes you can make any changes to your future orders.
Q: My child was absent today, can I have a refund?
A: Unfortunately no, as the vendor has already prepared your child's food and charged the school. However, you can pick up your child's lunch from the school.
Q: My child was absent today, can I pick up their lunch?
A: YES! all lunches for absent kids are labeled and put into the office for pickup. They must be picked up by the end of the school day. You can call the school ahead of time to let them know you will be picking up the lunch or you can just show up after the below times.
K-2 grader lunches can be picked up after 12:15pm.
3-5 grader lunch can be picked up after 12:45pm.
6th Grade lunches after 11:15am.
7th grade lunches after 12 noon.
8th grade lunches after 12:45pm.
Q: My child was just diagnosed with a medical issue and can not eat school lunch anymore, can I have a refund?
A: Yes, please email all the details to rivervaleptalunch@gmail.com.
Q. My child has an allergy. Is the pta lunch safe for them?
A- Please check with individual vendors about ingredients and food safety questions.
Q. Are PTA lunches nut free?
A. Yes all PTA lunches are nut free. However, not all the vendor kitchens are.
Q: We are moving and I already ordered my child's lunch, can I have a refund?
A: Yes, please email all the details to rivervaleptalunch@gmail.com.
Q: My child was not on the lunch list and was served pizza how can I pay for it?
A: An order will be placed in your Boonli account, and you will have to pay for it before you can place your next order.
